Support of RB Digital Audiobooks in SimplyE

      This functionality allows the user to listen to RB Digital audiobook resources in SimplyE.

      • The user should be able to tap download on the book detail page and have the audiobook begin downloading the audiobook resources to the app.
      • The user should be able to open the TOC and see what chapter resources are available to listen to.
      • The application should attempt to re-download resources should its network connection be lost and then returned.
      • And all other functionalities already available for Audiobooks, same UI than Bibliotheca
