We have given out shared secrets for about 130 libraries. We need to get to a point where the library registry is responsible for checking signatures on Short Client Tokens. This means creating registry entries for those 130 libraries.

As long as we're importing registry entries, we should make sure the entries are accurate and as complete as possible, to minimize future back-and-forth we need to do with the library administrators.

This is a one-time operational task that should not result in any code being added to the product.
