Currently, Open Access Materials and Non-DRM content (such as Public Domain) can be locally hosted by a library on basic server file storage. A separate SimplyE app server called the OA Content Server can be used to generate an OPDS catalog feed of that content for discovery and downloading of content through SimplyE apps. It also provides tools to ingest MARC records to help curate the locally hosted selection of content. This project will move the functionality into the Circulation Manger to simplify access to the functionality for consortia as well as enable capture of circulation analytics.
