One of the Maryland libraries switched from HTTP to HTTPS and went through the registration process again. The process apparently succeeded, but the registry still has the HTTP version of the URL.

In the past this has caused a duplicate registration, so at least that didn't happen, but we should have figured out that the library's URL changed.

I think this might have happened because the HTTP version of the URL is still accessible. The library registry doesn't realize that anything has changed.
