app crashes when using TOC to go to Chapter 0 (Introduction)

      If you use TOC to try to get to the introduction (Chapter 0), the app has been crashing in the latest build 3.0.0(6).

      I'm not sure this ever worked actually, since it's only in 1 book that we've seen a chapter 0 so far (The Guilty Dead).
