      As a library, I want SimplyE to automatically synch my ebook collection with Novelist so I do not have to manually update Novelist with title in my collection.

      Acceptance Criteria

      Given a library has properly configures their circulation manager and the Novelist API is accessible the circulation manager should synchronize its collection of ebook titles as specified in the API

      The API should provide recommended titles in accordance with the current integration
