iOS does not have strong Problem Document support. Improving this has a chance to more quickly surface issues that may not be the fault of SimplyE or the circulation server, but nevertheless looks like a bug to patrons.
- Check on current Problem Document handling
- Consider special cases that could be resolved client-side
- Figure out to surface in error messages
- Figure out what (if anything) could be collected and returned to the server admins
