In order to provide senior staff with data relevant to their goals of increasing new library participation in Library Simplified, we wish to show how many libraries are currently recorded in each possible state in the Library Registry. This should be visible at or near the top of the main LR admin page.

Reuse of CM dashboard formatting is fine but not required.

Acceptance criteria:

1. A NYPL staffer who is working on metrics can log into the Library Registry interface
2. A NYPL staffer logged into the Library Registry can see at a glance how many libraries are in the following states:
   • testing
   • production
   • cancelled
3. A NYPL staffer viewing the number of libraries in each state can easily copy the text and numbers presented and paste them into another document.
