While working on a lane that wasn't ready to go live, Risa noticed that the lane went from 'not visible' to 'visible' without Risa doing anything. I verified this in the database, set the lane to 'not visible', and later noticed the same feature.

We suspect this is a problem with the circ manager admin, and that we may be treating an unchecked checkbox (or equivalent) as meaning "use the default value" rather than "false".
