Evaluate bug tracking systems and integrate one of them into circulation-patron-web and the circulation manager. This will automatically escalate bugs triggered in anyone's deployment of this software to the developers, just as similar packages embedded in SimplyE mobile give us visibility into bugs that happen on peoples' phones.

Integrate a 3rd party bug tracking software like Sentry. This should be integrated across the mobile, web and circulation manager.

We should certainly make it possible to escalate bugs in the web application, but I'm not convinced it should be the same product across all platforms.

I agree that we need something and Sentry might be helpful, but that it doesn't need to include other platforms that are using their own bug reporting tools.
