[iOS] Patrons can't download ebooks when they're available to be checked out

      This happens on both platforms in different ways. I was able to recreate this on the most recent iOS release when in the Brooklyn Public Library catalog. I am unable to download Tehlor Kay Mejia's "We Set the Dark on Fire" in the Reservations tab and cannot cancel the download in the My Books tab.
