      The iOS version of SimplyE rearranges the libraries it gets from the library registry to put NYPL and Brooklyn on top. Once the other subtasks of SIMPLY-2700 are complete, this won't be necessary for people who live in New York City, and it will be counterproductive for people who live elsewhere. At this point, the feature should be removed.
