CM admin Catalog Service (External Catalogs) allows you to create a MARC Export with a missing name, even though the Name field is marked Required.

Several possible improvements here:

• circulation-web should block this in the browser;
• CM (circulation or  server_core) should prevent this on the back end; and
• circulation-web should probably redirect from the create view (admin/web/config/catalogServices/create) back to the summary view (admin/web/config/catalogServices) after successful creation.
