Go to SimplyE > Settings > Add Library, select LYRASIS from list.
Go to accounts then click the apply for card link
It should open a Web Control, with a form.
Let James English know what US State you are in so he can configure the backend to allow applications from that particular state. It's currently set to California.
If you try to sign in on a newish phone with iOS 13, authentication fails with a NSURLErrorDomain, code -999. However it does not fail on an iPhone 6 with iOS 12.4.6.
It might be related to redirects.
