Brooklyn Public Library has been seeing some of their library configuration data intermittently disappear since their upgrade. Specifically, the first bit of data to disappear was their Google Analytics tracking ID, which occurred 2 weeks after their upgrade. Then their card creator URL and patron support email disappeared, which we noticed on May 28th and Cameron Myers re-entered to be sure it wasn't an issue with my login. Now, today 6/2, the patron support email address has disappeared again after Cameron Myers experienced several issues and crashes of login.

We discussed the idea of bad actors causing this but Cameron does not believe this is the case.
