An issue that I reported when testing the last Android build is now being reported by patrons at Brooklyn, Houston, and among Califa libraries. This is not iOS-specific, though everyone outside of me reporting the issue has been an iOS user.
Houston Public Library patron report: " I am affiliated with Houston Public Library. My Simply-App will not let me return books. It says “The return of [insert title of book] could not be completed”. It does this with multiple titles that are reservations and my books. "
NYPL patron report: " When I click on return an error message comes up on all three books which are now well overdue. ( you know when e books hit the return date they automatically are returned - even that doesn’t work)."
Brooklyn patron report: "Several books and two audiobooks I have returned and they have repeatedly come back into “my books” by themselves. I return them over and over and over again and they keep coming back" This is actual an iteration of https://jira.nypl.org/browse/SIMPLY-2953
