We noticed on one library that does business with the DPLA Exchange that a book has left the collection but the circulation manager is still offering it:
curl https://bibliomation.lyrasistechnology.org/newmilford/works/URI/http://www.feedbooks.com/item/1938570/borrow {"status": 404, "type": "http://librarysimplified.org/terms/problem/not-found-on-remote", "detail": "This book was recently removed from the collection.", "title": "No longer in collection."}
We also noticed a book that we can borrow but not fulfill:
curl https://bibliomation.lyrasistechnology.org/newmilford/works/121076/fulfill/1
Instead of an ACSM file we get this error, either from the Feedbooks ACS server or from Adobe itself:
<error xmlns="http://ns.adobe.com/adept" data="E_URLLINK_NO_DISTRIBUTION_RIGHTS urn:uuid:dd5ea0db-590c-4a11-813a-dbc625619ad5 loan http://drm.feedbooks.com/fulfillment/URLLink.acsm"/>
I don't know what's going on, and it might not be a circulation manager problem at all, but in both cases I could see this problem happening because the circulation manager's view of a shared ODL collection is out of date.
