While addressing https://jira.nypl.org/browse/SIMPLY-1011 I found a number of minor changes that need to be made on the circulation manager. These will allow a properly configured circulation manager to provide every piece of information that would otherwise need to be pulled from Accounts.json.

• The maximum password length is mislabeled as the maximum length of the patron identifier.

• There is no way to indicate that the patron identifier should be interpreted as a CODABAR barcode.

• A number of color schemes have been added to the client and need to be selectable on the server end.

• In some cases the logo was a color; I think this is probably a bug that has already been fixed but I need to investigate to be sure.

• It might be better to put The SimplyE Collection's age gate in the authentication document rather than in the front page of the navigation feed. (This is a bit speculative and we may not need it, and/or it may be so big it needs its own ticket.)
