Add support for audiobook recognition, checkout and fulfillment to our Axis 360 API client

Attached spreadsheet lists the 15 Axis 360 titles currently in our collection.

Acceptance criteria:

System can import Axis 360 Audiobooks:

• During the normal course of importing an Axis 360 collection into a circulation manager (by running axis_import), any audiobooks in the collection are imported with correct metadata and delivery mechanisms.
• If an existing Axis 360 collection has had audiobooks in it for a while, but they were not previously imported, it should be possible to get them into the system by doing something simple, such as removing the timestamp for the axis_import script and running it again.

System can get manifest to obtain DRM license

• Validate that the system can, on demand, get a manifest file for any Axis 360 audiobook they have on loan. This file is substantially similar to the manifest currently served to fulfill Bibliotheca audiobooks. The file includes bibliographic information for the title, as well as a basic track list and all information necessary to obtain a DRM license through AudioEngine.
• Validate that system can obtain DRM license through AudioEngine for a title.

System enables borrowing for Axis 360 audiobook titles

• A patron can borrow an Axis 360 audiobook by following the 'borrow' link in its OPDS entry, the same as with any other ebook or audiobook in the system.
