Implement the logic to borrow audio books. This should be extremely minimal: Hit the `fulfill` URI and also save the URI for later (because manifests may need to be re-fetched for some book providers).

The actual download of the book happens later (or not at all if the book is streamed) and is handled by the already-written AudioBook API code.
