Some old versions of the circulation manager have pre-created lanes that have their 'lanes.media' field set to '{Book}'. This was back when we thought audiobooks and ebooks would have a separate lane structure.

Since audiobooks and ebooks in fact have the same lane structure, we need to migrate these lanes over by removing their value for 'lanes.media'. Otherwise the 'Audio' entry point for these lanes will be empty.
