A link like http://qa.circulation.librarysimplified.org/admin/web/collection/NYNYPL%2Fsearch%2F%3Fq%3Dtest%26entrypoint%3DAll should show a combined list of audiobooks and ebooks, and the "All" entry point should be the selected one. Instead, only ebooks are shown and the 'Ebooks' entry point is selected.

The most likely explanation is that "All" is not being recognized and "Ebooks" is used as the default. This probably has something to do with the fact that the "All" entrypoint is not enabled by default. But the "All" entrypoint is supposed to be used on the search screen whether or not it's enabled on the main feed.

I have also seen an Internal Server Error when trying to search the 'All' entrypoint, though I can't duplicate it now.
