The Authentication For OPDS draft spec has changed such that the link relation for the logo for an OPDS server is now the IANA standard relation "icon" instead of the custom relation "logo".

The circulation manager should serve a library's logo under the new link relation.

Since circulation managers are already deployed that use rel="icon", the library registry needs to support both.
