Steps to reproduce:

1. while playing
2. hit pause button
3. use jump-scrub to go forward to new start-point
4. app should stay paused at new start-point, but instead starts automatically playing

This is only happening currently on Android.

On iOS the pause/scrub function stays paused when start-point is moved.
