Right now, the app displays Buffering... every time it receives a buffering event from the audio engine. Unfortunately, the audio engines publish this event so frequently that the text is constantly appearing and disappearing when seeking around a chapter. Instead, the app should only display the text if the engine has been in a buffering state for more than a second.
