I tried to download 3 different available titles in NYPL's collection and received the error message "The download could not be completed" each time. I've attached the screenshots. I was using my Android device.

When I tried to download one of the titles using my iOS device, the error said "Borrowing failed. . . . could not be completed. Already checked out." I've attached that screenshot, too. Note the "Get" button. The title said it was available before I tried to download it.

I am under the limit for checked out titles.
