Look up all ISBNs in OCLC Classify and record all useful data

      The metadata wrangler will never seek out author information for a book identified by ISBN. We used to do this with the OCLC code, but we stopped because it took way too long.

      This causes problems like the one initially reported in https://jira.nypl.org/browse/SIMPLY-1362, where a vendor provides an author's sort name but not their display name, and we never find out their display name.

      We may be able to do a quick VIAF lookup of the ISBN and get information that way. I know that VIAF has this information, but there might not be an endpoint that takes ISBN as its input.

      Content Cafe sometimes has author name, but it's not in a structured format, it's at the start of a paragraph of "about the author" prose or something like that.

      It may be possible to just dip into OCLC long enough to find author or VIAF information, without trying to grab everything OCLC has to offer about the book.
