I have seen this problem on the St. Mary's County library at https://smrla.simplye-md.org/MDMARY/ and the Montgomery County library at https://montgomery.simplye-md.org/MDMONTG/. I can give patron credentials on request. As far as I know, this problem only affects Android. I have personally seen this problem on the current production release, 2.2.3. It has also been reported on the current beta release.

A patron has four books on loan, but their "My books" tab is empty. The patron can take out additional loans, but the download process freezes at the 0% mark.

I have verified that the books are on loan and that the OPDS feed is valid by looking at the OPDS feed at https://smrla.simplye-md.org/MDMARY/loans.

I have verified that the patron's Short Client Token is valid, so we can rule out the possibility that St. Mary's County has a bad shared secret.
