Bug between Carthage and current version of Xcode has been fixed, but we have a forked version of Carthage. Try to rebase upstream to get this fix, create new installer package, and then reinstall on our dev machines.

As a backup, we can build the app on the old build system and then try to sign and submit on another mac.
