Near the top of support issues related to Android and NYPL:
If a bad or expired adobe activation resides on the client, it cannot be removed or replaced with a valid one. The effect is a failure to download any future Adobe DRM Ebooks.
The current process is fullproof, BUT arduous and on the user to perform on their own:
- Clearing App Data and App Cache in the Android system settings.
Activation should be handled elsewhere, rewritten, and with the library token pulled from the auth document instead of the loans feed, since that's being sunsetted.
