When working on a specific library's data (details page), I want to get the most up to date information from the Library and be sure they are in sync (if they haven't re-registered after updating information => it does it and displays the latest info)

Error handling: display details (e.g. server down, wrong format, missing information) - same error cases and messages that would be shown on the CM UI
