User Story
As a user I want bookmark a location in my book so I may return or navigate to that location in the books a latter time.
Acceptance Criteria
User taps Bookmark button on page the button toggles to indicate a bookmark; User taps again and Bookmark is removed and button untoggles
User taps TOC menu, taps Bookmarks tab and see bookmark information (page chapter)
User taps a listed book mark, control closes and book advance/retreats to relevant CFI location in book.
User swipes a page, if viewable content not in CFI range of a bookmark then bookmark icon un-toggles from active bookmark
