This shouldn't be possible – if a book is in two Overdrive collections, there should be two LicensePools and two Works (though it's okay for them to share a presentation edition).

What we're actually seeing is two LicensePools and one Work. The first LicensePool to be created has a presentation edition; the second LicensePool has none.
