URL validation is being applied to the Axis 360 server URL, even though two non-URL values – "production" and "qa" – are valid here. These values are allowed so that you don't have to remember the URLs.

Removing the URL validation for that field seems like the simplest solution.

In the meantime, the workaround is to use the URLs: http://axis360apiqa.baker-taylor.com/Services/VendorAPI/ (qa) and https://axis360api.baker-taylor.com/Services/VendorAPI/ (production).
