This address could also receive reports of errors on startup. They're opt-in, so would only be sent if the user actually clicks "send report".

Right now I'm using a throwaway io7m.com address, but we presumably want to use a real NYPL address.

Note that I can't, at this point, use addresses present in authentication documents. The address needs to be known before any of the app services have started. It's pretty much a last resort fallback.
