Before sharing our Storybook documentation with the design system forum, I'd like to get everything up to speed--specifically, the pages for the Tabs and Header were not styled, because we didn't want to pull in the relevant SCSS until we were ready to implement those components in the interfaces (because they would interfere with existing stuff). I've changed the class names so that that won't be a problem (we can change them back when we actually pull the components in; this is just a quick fix so we can go ahead and share the Storybook docs), and brought in changes which had been implemented in the registry admin repo.
