In order to adhere to DMCA law, Legal has updated to the SimplyE terms of service and would like to add to the following click through language to the partner library registration page, as well as updates to both the SimplyE Terms of Service on the LibrarySimplified.org site and the partner library landing page.

By clicking "submit" you agree to the SimplyE Terms of Service.  You understand that your account and the representation of your content in SimplyE may be removed or disabled in order to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or as otherwise required by law.  

Note that while this sounds draconian, it's not intended to define a process. In practice we will still forward the libraries individual takedown notices. This is to inform folks that if they don't do anything about them, we'll be forced to take down their entire library.
