This is a very edge case Dark Mode issue, but maybe fixing it avoids other unknown issues. This is in iOS v3.3.2 (2). The color stripe on the a title page that says "This book is available to borrow" turns white turning the beta list of libraries on, and turns back to color when turning the beta list of libraries off. I verified this behavior on iPhone and iPad OS. Attached is a screen capture showing the issue.
