If you have Overdrive Advantage accounts set up, you may have multiple LicensePools for a given Overdrive identifier. The overdrive_format_sweep script will ask Overdrive about the identifier once for every single LicensePool. All of those API calls and all the work done after the first one are redundant and we'd all be better off not doing them.
