The SimplyE app should empower libraries to add their own login credential labels for display in the "Accounts" section.

As of SIMPLY-1994, we now have the full per-account authentication document and therefore all the information required to configure the login form keyboard type and labels (such as "username", "barcode", "password", "PIN", etc).

There's an `XXX` comment in the code that says that this needs to be done. 

This ticket is intended to pull in the content listed in the CM as alternate label fields for Barcode/PIN. We need to determine UX behavior and requirements for the client-side display. 

None of the mockups for the common terms showed any issues, so we can go ahead and implement with a maximum of 35 characters.
