The Aggregate Data panel now displays what state each library is in as specified by the library's focus area and service area...but a lot of libraries don't have this information configured. However, we have the PLS ID for a lot of them, and PLS IDs are, by definition, formatted such that the first two characters are the abbreviation for the library's state. We can use this to fill in geographic information for a lot of the libraries whose state is currently marked as unknown.
