Individuals who are given "Library Manager" permissions in the circulation manager can access the "System Configuration" area of the circulation manager and appear to have the ability to edit details in the Libraries section (for just the library they have been given access to). However... when making a change to the edit library form (such as changing the website or updating the logo), the following error message results indicating that that role should not have permission to save edits to that form (even though they can indeed edit it... just can't save the changes). Presumably, a library administrator should be able to edit some/all aspects of the information about their library on this screen.
