This epic is focused on improving the functionality of the list page. The list page has many known issues, Examples include:

1. Updates to lists often cannot be saved without changing the name of the list
2. Long lists are very difficult to manage
3. Drag and drop sometimes doesn't correctly add a book to a list
4. Books have to be added to a list one at a time
5. Layout doesn't work on smaller screens

Basic list creation acceptance criteria:

• A user should be able to create a new list in the circulation manager
• A user should be able to easily search for books to add to their list, via author, title, topic, keyword, or language
• A user should be able to see more than three or four search results at a time
• A user should be able to easily add books to their new list
• A user should be able to save their list as they go
• A user should be able to see a correct count of active books on their list
• A user should be able to add both audiobooks and ebooks to their list
• A user should not need to check the format of the book before adding it to the list - suppressed and unsupported formats should not show up in search results
