While adding audiobook support to ODL import I had to add code that sets Edition.medium appropriately. It turns out that Edition.medium is also not being set for ebooks.

In general, it should not be possible to write an importer that creates Editions without setting Edition.medium. Either the default should be imposed or it should be an error condition.
