Related/Recommendations feed is not showing up on Single Activity book-detail view

      example title: Alice the Tennis Fairy.

      "Related books ..." and "Report issue ..." functions are greyed out, and non-functional placeholders currently.

      Also, and this may be trivial, but the text on Android says "Related Books" while on iOS these feeds have labels like "Recommendations for <book-name> by <author-name>", or  "<author-name>" etc.   

      Similarly, the text for "Report issue" on that label says "Report a Problem" on iOS.
