The hooks from the `opds-web-clients` can be used. The goal would be to refactor this component so that the `connect` function is removed and you can use redux hooks instead.

One concern is the libraryStage and registryStage state attributes. It might be easier to do the `LogInForm` component instead (or first) since that has no state. If that's the case this ticket can be renamed.
