Our test script, run as part of the Docker image build, installs a postgres image and creates some databases. But the new postgres 9.5 Docker image won't start up unless you either specify an admin password or set the authentication method to "trust".

Since these databases are created by a publicly-visible Dockerfile for test purposes, "trust" is fine.
