Currently selected entry point belongs in breadcrumbs

      Currently if you click on the 'Audio' entry point and then 'Fiction', the breadcrumbs you see are 'All books -> Fiction'. It should be 'All books -> Audio -> Fiction'.

      In general, the currently selected entry point should show up in breadcrumbs immediately after the WorkList that offers that entry point as one of its options.
