If an OPDS feed contains no information not already known to the circulation manager, follow_one_link will return an empty feed. This is good in normal usage but when running self-tests, it's bad. The second self-test needs to start from a real OPDS feed. If it gets an empty feed (because there's no new information), it will fail for spurious reasons.
