Import OPDS 2.0 (and ODL based on OPDS 2.0)

      Currently we're able to import OPDS 1.2, and ODL using the XML serialization (which resembles OPDS 1.2), using the module in core/opds_import.py.

      Rather than recommend distributors continue to publish OPDS 1.2 going forward, we should enhance the circulation manager so that it can parse OPDS 2.0, and the JSON serialization of ODL.

      This piece of software would take an OPDS 2.0 feed as input, and instantiate the abstraction-layer objects defined in core/metadata_layer.py. It would need to support similar pagination functionality to that found in opds_import.py.
